Dr. Waudo Siganga, AfICTA's East Africa Vice-Chair is a Director of the World Information Technology & Services Alliance (WITSA), a consortium of ICT industry association members from over 80 countries representing more than 90 percent of the world IT market (www.wista.org). His expertise and training is in the field of Computer Science, specifically heuristics and artificial intelligence. He also has extensive experience in the area of Internet Governance where he has played numerous roles including being appointed by the UN Secretary General to the UN Working Group on Internet Governance in 2003.
