Known as the Oracle of the Nigerian IT Industry, Chris pioneered the framework and strategy for the National Information Technology Development Policy for Nigeria. He is the acclaimed pioneer of National Policy for Information Technology (2001) that established the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), as well as the National Software Strategy for Nigeria.
He designed and deployed pilot e-Government Solutions and training for the
