Robinson Tombari Sibe, PhD is the Co-Founder, CEO and Lead Forensic Examiner of Digital Footprints Nig. Ltd. He is a Cybersecurity and Digital Forensic Expert. He has two decades of experience managing several IT projects and teams. He is an official member of the Forbes Technology Council. He is also a Visiting Fellow of the University of South Wales and a Doctoral Dissertation Chair (Cybersecurity) at Capitol Technology University, Maryland, USA.

He has a PhD in Information Technology (Digital Forensics) and a Master’s degree in Digital Forensics from the University of the Cumberlands, Kentucky, USA. He also holds a Master’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering (Second Class Upper) from the Rivers State University. He is certified by EC-Council as a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO). He is also a PECB Certified Chief Information Security Officer.

He is a PECB Certified Lead Forensic Examiner. He is certified by the National White Collar Crime Center, USA, as a Certified Cyber Crime Examiner (3CE) and a Certified Economic Crime Forensic Examiner (CECFE). He also holds other industry certifications such as Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME), Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst (CCPA), Cellebrite Certified Operator (CCO), Mobile Device Investigator (MDI), P2CO-P2C Certified Operator (Paraben), DSMO-DS Certified Mobile Operator (Paraben), Certified Cybersecurity Assurance Professional, and many others. He is a Member of High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), a member of the Computer Technology Investigators Network (CTIN), a member of the Institute of Electrical Electronic Engineers (IEEE), a COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) Registered Computer Engineer, and a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Determined to bridge the gap between the academia and the industry, Dr. Sibe also took on a lecturing role in the Department of Computer Engineering, Rivers State University. His work experience has taken him through E-Sense Technologies Ltd, Infoterra Systems Ltd, Delta Systematics Ltd, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and First Bank Nigeria Plc, and consulted for several clients in the Public and Private Sector. He has also worked on several projects, specifically in areas such as e-Government, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Data Analytics, Geospatial Application Designs, Environment, etc.

He is currently the CEO/Lead Forensic Examiner of Digital Footprints Nig. Ltd, Nigeria's leading Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity company. He also serves on several Boards. He is the Chairman of Agro Preciso Ltd, an Agro-tech company based in Nigeria. He serves on the Board of the Africa ICT Alliance (AfICTA). He also serves as a Member of the Technical Board of Diplomates for Digital Forensics of the Chartered Institute of Forensics and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria. He is a great team player and has led many successful multidisciplinary teams. He has written and delivered several papers and lectures internationally.
