Laïcana COULIBALY is a graduate of Sikkim Manipal University and a cybersecurity expert. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Security Consulting, a company he established in 2012. Today, Diamond Security Consulting is recognized as a leading cybersecurity firm headquartered in Côte d'Ivoire, with operations spanning 14 African countries.
His company supports organizations across a wide range of industries, including banking and finance, telecommunications, information technology, energy, insurance, and other key sectors.
Laïcana holds a Certificate in Leadership and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is a member of several prestigious organizations dedicated to technology and cybersecurity. He serves as a Global Advisory Board Member at VigiTrust, an Advisory Board Member of the EC-Council, and a Board Member of AfICTA.
In addition, Laïcana COULIBALY is the Commissioner General of WEC (Women Empowerment in Cybersecurity), an initiative dedicated to increasing the participation and inclusion of women in the cybersecurity sector.
